Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial is 7 days, free, with no payment, and starts automatically as soon as you add the bot to your server (one trial per server). When it ends the bot stops in your server until you subscribe.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. Each payment covers a fixed period (a month, 3 months or a year) and ends with no further charge; you renew manually when you want.
When is my subscription activated after paying?
Immediately. After you pay, the site brings you back and your server's subscription is activated automatically; if you hit a problem, message us in the support server.
